What is CareOps for?
It replaces the WhatsApp groups, paper checklists and spreadsheets used to run the home, so nothing depends on someone remembering. Jobs, incidents, contractor visits, key dates and staff compliance all live in one place, and every change is recorded — which is exactly the evidence CQC asks for.
Where should I start?
The Dashboard is your morning view: what's overdue, what's due this week, and any open incidents. Work from there. Tasks is where day-to-day jobs live, and the recurring safety checklists appear there automatically each day, week and month.
Do I need to install anything?
No. CareOps runs in your web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. On a phone you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app — open the site, then use your browser's "Add to Home Screen" option.
Will I lose anything if I close the page?
No. Everything saves to the system the moment you click Create, Save or Complete — it isn't held on your device. You can pick up on another phone or computer and see exactly the same, up-to-date picture.
